- Upon receiving a refund request, Greylines Consulting & Design LLC will review the request and assess its eligibility.
- If the refund request is approved, Greylines Consulting & Design LLC will process the refund within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
